Credit Card Security
Protecting the safety of your credit card is important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) technology to protect the integrity of your credit information. SSL scrambles data as it travels from your computer to our website, offering the greatest protection in the industry.
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground as we have found them to be the most reasonably priced. We do use USPS on occasion as well. Orders are processed in the order received and shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Large orders and orders during peak holiday seasons may take up to 7-14 business days before they are shipped.
We charge a flat rate $18.50 for all retail orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Orders must be shipped to a physical address. Orders that request to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Military APO will be charged the actual shipping charges and will be sent the cheapest way possible unless a specific carrier is requested. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
All retail orders over $99.00 after any discounts that may apply receive FREE shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Orders must be shipped to a physical address. Orders that request to be shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Military APO will be charged the actual shipping charges less an $12.50 credit and will be sent the cheapest way possible unless a specific carrier is requested.
When you are finished with your order you can then print it out in order to have a copy on file for your personal use. If you enter a valid e-mail address you will also receive an e-mail message confirming your order. When your order ships, you will receive your invoice and tracking information in two separate e-mails as well.
All wholesale orders have a 72 hour time frame to notify us for cancellation. Anything past that time, there will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost may apply if the order is already boxed and labeled for shipment.
Returns & Claims
We offer replacement on all items that are received damaged, defective or wrong items shipped. We are not responsible for, and we will not replace returned candles that are burned inappropriately. Read the directions found on this site or the bottom of your candle. Remember that not everyone likes all scents and colors shown on our website are approximate not exact. We will not accept returns unless there is a physical defect in the product. Original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will not be processed for improper display of candles. Candles will fade or discolor when exposed to direct sunlight, fluorescent lighting or other strong illuminations for extended periods of time. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving. In the event the outer shipping carton has been damaged you should report it to the carrier and file a claim with them. The carrier company will then reimburse us so that we can offer you a replacement. We must approve all returns by phone, (580)-509-9905 or through the "Contact Us" link in the navigation bar at the top left of this page. You will be given a RMA number, which must be written, on the outside of the box. Any item that is returned without authorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned that is not damaged, wrong product or refused will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
Should you not receive an expected package that you have received a tracking number on, you must contact us within 48 hours of the expected arrival date. No claims will be accepted after that time.
